I was very nervous about my treatment but the nurses and health care assistants were really nice, talked me through everything and put me at eases 10/10 ladies.

Nurses and anesthesiologists were all very friendly and nice. Helped to keep me calm when I was nervous and always smiling.

Didn't get to see or speak to the dentist at all, would have liked to spoken to them at some point

A lot quicker than A&E I waited in the previous night. Was in and out within an hour this included an X-ray aswell.

I’m actually not sure what’s my diagnosis with my arm and not sure how often I should be wearing the sling and things. Wasn’t made clear just that someone will call in a few days

I was made to feel at ease by the Physo and he gave me a good examination and easy to follow exercises which i feel will help me to move forward.

I told the receptionist on arrival that I had rib injuries. She didn’t mention that there are no facilities to xray chests at montagu. I found that out when the nurse directed me to A&E getting on for 2 hours later

Receptionist should have had that basic knowledge
